'Candy game'

"They chose" to have a look in the man's possessions."

She stated Ruben proceeded to play the "candy game" with six youngsters that time - that Saturday - and they were all ill the following morning.
"Authorities" had not gone out by that time," she continued.
The oversight body, the investigative body, had stated that it was reviewing Leicestershire Police's handling of the situation.
The prosecutor stated the minors were having difficulty walking due to their sickness, so Ruben's stepson contacted the law enforcement again.
